JOBLOGS recognizes that the next level of office work is changing from a disjointed file / email exchange to one that’s much more connected, contextual and collaborative. It’s also easier and more enjoyable to use. It presents three core applications in a windowed workspace enabling each user to arrange their work just as if they were working with a local application. It provides unique features such as undelete (very unusual for a web application), email dropbox (automatically links email messages to corresponding contacts and projects) and an elegant overall design that is quite different than mainstream CRM applications. Private pages can be “published” so users can share the information with their clients in real-time (they don’t need an account). Users can export all of their information while maintaining data relationships (e.g contact->tasklist-task). The export also make its easy to download all of a user’s files to a local computer with one click.
