Your prices seem low Well that's because they are. A well designed hosted application is relatively inexpensive to operate. We’ve already done the difficult and expensive work, we don't need to spend time setting up each new customer, features are “pre-integrated”, and we don't need to pay for software from third parties. Unlike Enterprise competitors we don’t need setup / hidden fees / long-term contracts to be profitable and we can focus on important things like keeping your data is safe and enhancing features.
Your prices seem high CRM and Project Management are normally sold as separate applications. Consider our simple price structure includes multiple pre-integrated applications, additional modules, multiple user accounts, enhanced data protection services, and expert level technical support which you would normally pay the “IT Guy” for. Unlike some of the competitors we don't trick you into paying for multiple products/options needed to get the job done after you're signed up. When folks take a close look they report back that we are actually less expensive. When comparing apples-to-apples it’s a deal at twice the price ;)
How is your customer service? We respond and solve support requests usually less than an hour.
How will I be billed? For paid plans your credit card will be billed monthly in USD. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.

Is my data safe? We've been hosting web based business applications for over nine years and take the security of your data very seriously. Only a minimal number of Norada staff have the ability to access customer data. As stated in our Privacy Policy we promise we won't share your personal information with anyone ever, at all, period, nooo way.
