MindTouch Deki for CRM MindTouch have partnered with Snaplogic to deliver Deki for CRM. The solution integrates with Salesforce.com and SugarCRM to deliver collaborative intelligence to CRM users so they can quickly get a rich and comprehensive view of all leads and customers. JobBlogs JobBlogs launched a web-based service they describe as "CRM Meets Project Management" to move from a disjointed file/email exchange to an environment that's more connected, contextual and collaborative. The service provides workspaces that "pull everything and everyone together to get work done". Bill Ives covered the launch. |
